Privates Lessons

Private and Semi-Private Lessons are 60 minutes in length. 

Additional time may be scheduled if required at an additional cost.

Semi-Private Lesson pricing is per person and reflects a 2 person lesson. We ask that all participants are of a similar level. For small group pricing, please Contact Us.

Book some one-on-one time with an instructor to work on your specific goals outside of class time. You may make a request for a particular instructor depending on availability. Please let us know ahead of time what you’d like to work on, so we can begin with a warm up tailored to your objectives, and prepare any material necessary for your class!

If you’re visiting Regina or passing through on your way to somewhere else, a Private Lesson is a great opportunity to get into a new space, work on your skills, and pick up some new tricks to take on your adventures with you!

Single private lesson - $75.00

5 Private Lesson Package - $350.00

10 Private Lesson Package - $550.00

Instructors Offering Privates

DANIELLE REED

Dani started her training in pole dance in 2014 and it was love at first sight. She has had many accomplishments throughout her years of pole dancing and won numerous competition titles. She has worked her way up to earn her professional status by winning the 2019 CPFA Canadian National Championships. This led to an invite to compete at the Pole Championship Series at the Arnolds Sports Festival where she ended up placing second overall.

Aside from all her accomplishments, she has a true passion for teaching dynamic pole tricks such as flips, handstands, and shoulder rolls. She is also well known for her artistry when it comes to executing her full body in her routines. If you are interested in learning about competing and building a routine Dani is your girl. She also has a big passion for dancing in heels. If you want to learn more about movement with heels on, Dani will show you all the tricks and fundamentals you need to succeed.

AYSIA YEO

With Aysia’s extensive 25+ year dance experience through many styles, she is uniquely able to assist you with choreography and can mirror your style with ease. She also has a special interest in stretching, flexibility, and splits related tricks both on and off the pole. Certified up to Advanced Pole and most recently in Heels, her style is primary based in many years of ballet and jazz. With many years spent competing on and off the pole, Aysia is well versed in performing in front of audiences large and small.

Interested in helping you achieve your goals from your first climb or invert, through to nemesis moves or your first (or dozenth!) performance routine, Aysia is excited to help you progress on your own path!

TESSA HERZBERGER

Tessa is certified to teach Pole Flow by Spin City and Pole by XPert. She is one of very few certified Twerk Technicians in Canada. She specializes in Pole (Levels 1, 2, and 3), Twerk, Strengthening and Conditioning, as well as Pole Choreography. In 2021, Tessa won a Silver medal in Pole Sport Organization's Sagittarius competition.

NATASHA PARKER

With over 12 years of experience in the pole fitness industry, numerous showcase and trade show performances, competing at the Great North Pole Competition in Hamilton, Ontario placing second in my category.  Attaining manly certifications over the years with the love of teaching and helping others.  Ranging from Pole, Spin Pole, Floor, Choreography, Stretch/Flexibility, General Fitness, Pole Silks, Heels and Lyra (Hoop).

Whatever it is you are looking to improve on in one-on-one private instruction, together we can reach and make those goals attainable.  Whether that be:
     - focusing on floor transitions/sequences between the pole or independently
     - low flow pole combos, transitions, foundations understanding the base of the pole and exercises to gain strength
     - nailing a nemesis move/combos
     - strength building, building foundations if you have a goal of specific move/combo you want to get/nail
     - Choreography: competition, showcase, of for private event (wedding, birthdays, etc..)
  - Basic transitions, tips and guidance to help clean up existing routine etc.

*** Please NOTE there will have an additional charge for any choreographed privates. A quote will be done up based on the amount of sessions needed.
