We offer Beginner Series Single Class Passes if you want to give it a try one day only, or we have some Intro to Pole Classes in June as well! These are one hour only, low on the commitment, high on the fun!

Tiffany Rose Workshops June 4 2026

We are thrilled to have Tiffany Rose back in studio on June 4 2026 for two workshops! Register now to save your spot.

Fake It Till You Make It at 5:45pm June 4 - This workshop is a beginner to intermediate class that focuses on tricks and transitions that look swift or difficult but are actually deceptively simple. This is a great way for dancers to add accents and drama to any piece. All work is done on a static pole.

Rock the Pole Choreography at 7:30pm June 4 - This intermediate level workshop is a sexy, heart-pumping exploration of Rock-n-Roll music video style, pole dance. Students will learn to move with conviction and "It Factor" style. This low-flow pole choreography will have you feeling like a vicious vixen. We will work on spins, transitions, and a contemporary pole moves. Connecting with the audience and drawing some serious attention is the objective. You will leave sweaty and satisfied. Requirements: Basic pole sit and spins. Heels and Kneepads needed.
