Membership cancellation OR PAUSE policy

Membership at the studio is monthly. A 30 day notice means you need to let the studio know at least 30 days in advance if you plan to cancel or pause your membership.

No exceptions unless under a serious circumstance.

Membership Upgrades

Must retain your membership for a minimum of three months if you upgrade or downgrade.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Memberships are non-transferrable. If there are any classes unused you cannot carry them over. Prices are subject to change.

Your discount will automatically be applied when you checkout.

Your online purchase receipt will have the autopayment/recurring payment date. This is the date on which the monthly membership cost will be pulled from your account. You are responsible for knowing your membership date and how many classes you have used each month.

You can start your membership class privileges immediately after purchasing a membership package.

Open Pole privileges are available to all membership holders immediately after purchasing their membership.
